Different Vessel Slots Changing Settings/Controls across Slots

Description
I have 3-4 copies of this tank that I'm messing with settings on.
- I have made changes to the vessel controls, these are carrying over between the different slots.
- Changes to the transmission's control inputs were carrying over between slots. Setting throttle/steering inputs, were being changed across all vessels* -*All vessels where the gearbox with the same entity ID was present (4984) in this instance.
I attempted to recreate this with some new slots, by copying and importing a new creation with a gearbox and cockpit, but was unable to.
