OPEN TEST - Battle - Solo - While in battle Players Scope is visibly shaking at times

Description: Its been observed that while in battle and zoomed in Players scope shakes visibly making it hard for Player to aim properly.

Repro rate: 3/5 (75%) Repro steps:

1. Launch game build (current build).
2. Proceed to battle scurmish mode using Tier 2 tanks.
3. Proceed with the gameplay.
4. While in Battle zoom in using [Shift] key
5. Observe the issue.|

Observed results: While in battle in scoped down mode, Players Camera shakes visibly making it hard to aim properly.

Expected results: Players camer does not present overly high shake value while in game.

The issue occured on GPC platform, steam open test using machine with 3070ti and i7 intel core CPU.
