Machineguns

Description
Machineguns are currently kind of underwhelming, but i feel these 3 changes could help them feel more useful: 1: bonus damage to crew, Crew can currently tank dozens of machinegun bullets, if the crew are exposed this should feel like where machineguns should shine but they only feel barely viable there. 2: Magazine size, currently the machinegun magazine size feels abysmally small, at least double it. 3: make the fixed machinegun able to intersect far more with the barrel, most tanks barely have the machinegun poking out the mantlet, but on this game you have over half of the gun poking out of the mantlet.
