All saves deleted, level 100, playing servers not visible

Description
Something happened where my vehicle wouldnt revert its save, I retarted my game and then once i returned to the main server all of the saves are gone, my level got set to 100 with 100000/100000, it says there are 1000 players online (which i rarely see 20 normally, hopefully a lot more later) and I cannot see game servers
