Aiming Issue

Description
Sometimes the guns on this vehicle don't want to aim properly. The weapon accuracy doen't want to settle completely. When the vehicle is spawned is when it is determined if the guns work properly.Try to aim at a far away target to see the problem. If the guns are working correctly then keep respawning the vehicle. It seems about 50% chance it works properly.
