"getting world data" "getting world data" stuck client/server(maybe)

Description

I was messing around with tooltips in the editor, when i left it in tooltip edit mode then restarted the play mode, any subsequent loads were stuck on getting world data. fixed by restarting the editor. If this happens serverside it could be what "hangs" the server, meaning people don't load their garage when they connect.
