Camera moves while I'm in the map

Description
The tank will continue to follow the mouse from behind the ESC menu when I leave a child menu, like the settings or the bug report screen. Also, the tank camera moves as I right-click-move the map, which drags the tank view down into the internals when I'm scrolling the map downward to see the enemy's side. A bit more separation between the menus and what the tank camera is doing would make things easier to navgate. Cool camera otherwise!
