Skirt's physic

Description
I've placed 4 skirts on my vehicle. One behind each wheel. It's kinda close but should be enough to "block dirt/mud" placement. However, when driving backward, which make the skirts moves much closer to the wheels, it caused the physic from the wheel go haywired and throw my vehicle into the air.
Need to prevent skirt causing hit collision with the wheel to avoid thinking it's the ground and try to float up away from it.
